Where Sikkim Lottery Tickets Are Sold?

⚠️ Important:
No tickets are sold after the draw starts. Unsold tickets must be returned to the Directorate of Sikkim Lotteries.
Procedure for Conducting the Sikkim Lottery Draw
As per the official regulation:
- Draw conducted using a mechanical random machine
- Fully transparent, open to the public
- Supervised by Government-appointed judges (minimum 3)
- If judges are fewer than 3, members from the audience can be co-opted
- The draw machine procedure was explained before starting
- Draw may be broadcast live on TV/social media
- If the unsold number is drawn → draw repeated
- If a duplicate number is drawn → cancelled and redrawn
Procedure for Drawing the Winning Tickets
- Winners selected as per the official Prize Structure (Sl. No. 9)
- Numeric control handled by Sikkim Lottery officials
- Winning numbers displayed on the draw machine screen
Prize Money Payment Procedure
1. Taxable Prizes
Paid by: Directorate of Sikkim State Lotteries, Gangtok
2. Eligible Tickets
- Only sold tickets will get prize money
- Unsold tickets automatically become invalid
3. Non-taxable Prizes (Below ₹10,000)
Paid directly by: Retailer / Agent
4. High-Value Prize (Above ₹10,000)

- Original ticket (signed)
- Claim form
- PAN Card
- ID Proof – Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport
- 2 Passport photos
- Bank authorisation certificate (if claiming via bank)
