Kerala Dhanalekshmi Lottery Result Today 17/12/25 (Official Procedure)
The draw follows the Kerala Paper Lotteries Regulation Rules, 2005:
- The draw is held using a random mechanical device.
- The process is supervised by a panel of minimum 3 judges, including a Chairman.
- If judges are unavailable, the Director may choose members from the audience.
- Before the draw begins, officials explain the functioning of the draw machine.
- The draw may be telecast live through TV channels or official social media.
- Numbers are drawn for each prize category in ascending/descending order.
- If the machine draws an unsold number, the process is repeated.
- Duplicate numbers are cancelled and redrawn.
- All winning numbers are recorded, verified and signed by the judges.
- If technical issues occur, a manual draw (drum and coin) method is used.

For prizes up to ₹1,00,000 – Claim at your District Lottery Office.
For prizes above ₹1,00,000
Submit claim to: Director of State Lotteries, Thiruvananthapuram or your nearest Nationalised / Scheduled / District Co-operative Bank
Required Documents:
- Original ticket (signed on back with name & address)
- Claim application form
- Two passport-size photographs (attested)
- PAN card copy
- Valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, etc.)
- Receipt form
- Guardianship certificate (if minor)
- Joint declaration (if applicable)
Important Rules
- You must claim prizes within 90 days of the draw date.
- 30% tax is deducted for prizes above ₹10,000.
- Agents receive different tax deductions (10%).
- Do NOT share or mix your ticket with others.
- Always sign the back of your ticket immediately after purchase.
