Method of Draw
The prizes shall be given on the basis of the draw to be conducted by the office of Directorate of Punjab State Lotteries in accordance with the method prescribed against each prize as follows.

GST & Taxes
All GST or taxes imposed by Central/State Government shall be borne by the distributor unless otherwise directed. TDS deducted as per Income Tax Act (currently 30% on prizes above ₹10,000)
Authorized Distributor
M/s Bigstar G Services LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership firm is the Distributor to sell and market the lottery tickets of said lottery scheme, having its registered office at Sonam shering Road, Near Hotel Takshang Residency, Gangtok, Sikkim, 737101 and branch office at Shop No. 407, Mahek Tower, 2nd floor, Guru Nanak Pura, Kailash Cinema Chowk, Ludhiana, Punjab.
Issuance of Tickets & Sale Procedure
Distributor receives tickets on 100% face value. Minimum 25% advance deposit required. Remaining adjusted against Bank Guarantee/FDR. Distributor must settle previous schemes before receiving new tickets. Tickets cannot be shipped directly to individual customers.
Unsold Tickets
Must be reported before the draw via messenger/email/registered post. Actual unsold physical tickets must be submitted within 90 days. If a winning ticket appears in the unsold list, distributor pays penalty.
Prize Claim Process
- Prizes up to ₹10,000 paid directly by the distributor (no government claim required).
- Prizes above ₹10,000 must be submitted to:Director, Punjab State Lotteries – Vit-Te-Yojna Bhawan, Plot No. 2B, Sector 33-A, Chandigarh, 160020.
- Submission methods:In person

- Registered post/insured parcel

- Aadhaar/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport
- Three passport photos attested by gazetted officer

Printing of Tickets
Printing is done only by the Punjab State Lotteries Directorate. Distributor must sell at least 90% of printed tickets, else printing charges are recovered.
Legal Jurisdiction
All legal matters related to the scheme fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of Chandigarh courts.
Important Rules
- Only original tickets are eligible for prizes.
- Forged/mutilated/tampered tickets are invalid.
- A single ticket is eligible only for the highest prize drawn against it.
- No draw on National Holidays (26 Jan, 15 Aug, 2 Oct).
- Scheme may be amended/modified anytime by the Government.
